So far....

This has been an interesting school year. First my dd's school is just awesome they had a clinic come in to give flu shots to not just the students but also adults. The kids from 4-18 were free and the adults just paid something like 10 bucks. I got mine at my clinic but am glad I didn't have to pay a co-pay just for my dd to get one lol. We also attended a field day event sponsored by the Special Olympics. The field day was for all the Special Ed classes (my dd is in one and I love her teachers)from our town as well as many surrounding towns. It was a blast I'm glad we got to go, and I hope we get to go again next year. My healing is almost done. It has taken a bit longer since they went in through a previous scar, and because I had more done than originally planned. I should be going to get my counts and stuff again soon. I'm honestly not really worried about how they are going to be. Oh and another bit of wonderful news is my stepdaughter had her first child recently. She had a beautiful baby boy and we are all so excited and proud.
